We've updated how you check-in when you arrive to see your family doctor or SFHT allied healthcare providers. There are 3 new self-check-in kiosks which will let us know you are there for your appointment. You will need to swipe your Healthcard as part of the process so be sure to bring it with you! The screen will prompt you through the check-in steps and once you are done you can take a seat in either the physician's waiting area to the left or the allied healthcare provider's lobby to the right. If you have questions, our team is there to help. ... See MoreSee Less
Just used this yesterday for my son's appointment. Love this option 🙂
Don’t think it will be good for elderly patients. A lot of them are from the old school. And who will help them. Staff are so busy. Lol. Oh maybe they can catch up on Wednesday afternoons when they are closed. Oh also when they closed down on Fridays at 3:00. Good answer.
This is almost as much human contact as you would get with receptionists there anyway.
I hope nobody lost their jobs as a result of this.
Kathy Irvine Tom Irvine Keith MckoneKeith Amanda Elieff. Just so you know 😊
I used it today with help from receptionist hopefully next time ill do it by myself
SGH emergency department could perhaps implement something like this to increase efficiency and confidentiality.
Is their a reason why we are doing this option now
